My birthday was simple perfection this year. Shauna was in town (helping my folks out), and so I drove down to meet up for lunch with her, Erin, and my parents.
It was so nice to have an afternoon with some of my favorite people, and we even got to try out a new place! We went to "Bibimbab", a Korean restaurant that was VERY authentic! It was good!
I was also so thrilled that my parents could join us! For those who read my blog and aren't aware, they have both had a LOT of health issues this year, and have really been through the ringer. The fact they are both home now and well enough to go out to eat was a birthday miracle! haha!
I came home to a homemade birthday cake and some nice presents from my little family, too.
Thanks for making my bday extra special everyone!!

Field Trip with Dad
Mark and Parker were able to go on a field trip to a Baby Animal Petting Zoo/Farm with the Chippewa Preschool while I was at my "new job". (I am substitute teaching at a Montessori Preschool.) Anyway, they had a lot of fun, and got some great pics!
We sure are gonna miss these guys when school is over. This has really been the best preschool ever. Can you believe I'm saying that?!?

Spring Break '15
So what to do with three girls for a week off from school...what to do...what to do?!?
1. Go down to visit Grandma and Grandpa...sorry no pics of them, but this is where it was finally confirmed that Avery has finally passed me up by about .5 inches. (I'm over it. It's fine. She's still growing, so there's no sense denying it anymore.) But still...What the?!?
2. Go shopping with the big girls! On this particular trip, we have the wind to thank for our lovely hairstyles.
3. Go to the museum! We went to our local Alden B. Dow Museum of Science and Technology and saw a neat exhibit on Leonardo da Vinci. It was a fun day!
4. Go shopping again...this time the Saginaw Mall with Maryn's friend, Katherine. Parker and I kept a safe distance from them, so no pics of them, but a couple of my little BFF.
5. A trip to Dow Gardens. We just love this place. This time of year they host the Butterfly Exhibit, and it's always a spring favorite!
6. Go bowling! Maryn and some of her buddies wanted to go bowling, so Avery, Parker, and I tagged along. Guess who won the game?
7. Surprise your kids with a trip to the Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth for a night of swimming and fun!
Hooray for Spring Break!
Hooray for Spring Break!!
