This is becoming one of my favorite things. We used to go down to my parents house for lasagna on Christmas Eve, but now that my Mom is gone and my Dad is in assisted living, we are changing traditions. So...this year I invited my siblings to Midland to feast on lasagna and play some games. Games are a white elephant gift exchange and "find the baby Jesus." It was a BLAST!! So grateful they could come!!
This girl loves seeing Santa at the Midland Santa House. We got in in the nick of time--only 4 days till Christmas!! :)
I'm not sure how/why we ended up taking a trip down to see my Dad on our anniversary and dropping off a Christmas grave blanket for my Mom. It was a nice visit with Dad. We got some pie at Grand Traverse when we got home to Midland. Happy Anniversay to us!!
This was our spur of the moment, evening sunset family pictures. We had the girls' friend Summer take them on the Tridge just as the sun was beginning to set. The quality isn't great, but I can still remember that day. We have been so blessed this year!

Can it really be possible? I have an ADULT child!?! She is our first-born little chicken baby and we couldn't love her or be more proud of her. Happy Birthday Maryn Elizabeth!!
