Maryn and Avery were involved with this year's Fall show, "A Christmas Carol." The show was great and they did a fantastic job! (Plus it got us all feeling the Christmas spirit and all that jazz, so that's always a win!)
And may God bless us, every one!!

The Midland Nativity Exhibit
Easily becoming one of my favorite traditions of Christmas. I was able to donate creches to exhibit and Mark and I were able to host. Jeff and Amy brought my Dad to attend this year while we were hosting which was really neat. It was another great year.
Parker was able to sing in a children's choir that performed on the opening night, which was super special for her. She needed to dress up as an angel so she was able to wear Maryn's baptism dress made by Grandma Laurie and it was sweet to talk about her and remember her, especially for Parker who really has no memories.
She was really getting into character for her rendition of "Silent Night."

Parker Loses her First Tooth!
At long last, our baby has commenced the tooth-losing process. The tooth fairy is coming out of semi-retirement--hopefully she doesn't go broke!
Parker was a little nervous about this whole losing tooth business so needless to say it was hanging on for dear life and hanging by a thread. She was pumped when it finally came out!
And the tooth fairy found her ON TIME!! Hooray!!

Thanksgiving 2016
This is "Art of Parker" presenting "Fat Turkey Death."
This year we went to Jeff and Amy's house for Thanksgiving. They had a full house with over 20 people. Dinner did not disappoint! However, I did not get a picture of the actual event because of the fun we were having. We ended up doing our own Thanksgiving the next week because we also didn't leave with any leftovers and still wanted more TURKEY, so here is our remake the next week. :)
After dinner, Jeff played Just Dance with the girls which is a hoot to watch.
He also bought himself a trumpet this year and begged Maryn to teach him how to play.
This was Maryn playing the Dow high fight song, haha!
The fun never ends when the Days are involved.

The Santa Parade
We found him again this year! And it was another frigid day of standing in the snow and rain and sleet for hours to make that happen. At least we got some good candy out of it. Brrrr....

Halloween 2016
We are usually going in a million directions for Halloween, so this is a mash-up of our holiday of FUN!

| Maryn and Avery dressed up as members of 21 Pilots for the ward party/dance. I'm not sure why Avery isn't in this picture. I think Mark thought he was part of the fun, too. |

| One of our neighbors posted this sign in their yard this year instead of Halloween decorations. I thought it was PERFECT!! |

Family Pictures
We had our good friend, Alta Bills take our family pictures this year, and I LOVE the way they turned out!
We've come a long way in our short time in Midland and it's kind of remarkable to look back and see how much the girls have grown and we have all kind of grown up. I can't wait to see what the future holds.
