Maryn's 18th Birthday

 Can it really be possible? I have an ADULT child!?! She is our first-born little chicken baby and we couldn't love her or be more proud of her. Happy Birthday Maryn Elizabeth!! 

Holiday Happenings in 2018

 

I threw a fun baby shower for my friend Amanda, from Grad School at CMU. This was the rest of the group that could make it.

Parker performed in the Midland Youth Choir for a Christmas Concert.

I'm not sure what she was writing about, but she seems very concerned. Maybe it was her Christmas list for Santa??

Maryn and her french horn buddies performed at our Nativity Display. They called themselves "Born to Horn."

Parker was able to sing in the children's choir for the Nativity Display. She was supposed to dress up like an angel, so she wore Avery's old baptism dress!

 I love going to Jeff and Amy's for Thanksgiving. Jeff always makes it fun and Amy always makes it delicious. We're so blessed with great family!

The Santa Parade usually happens the weekend before Thanksgiving and it's a way to kick off the season of Santa! It's always sooooo cold, though.

This was Avery's last New Beginnings. She received her YW award/medallion and welcomed in next year's new Beehives.

DHS Presents "12 Dancing Princesses"

 Maryn did a fantastic job of stage-managing her last Fall show and Avery did awesome in one of her first big speaking roles as the Queen. It was a great experience for them and we're so happy we got to see them shine!
