Independence Day at the Beach

We decided to get out of town for the 4th--we went up to Tawas, MI. and got out at the first beach we saw. It was a relaxing day and so good to get away from all the messiness of the flood cleanup back home. We had a friend come and walk Cooper while we were gone, so it worked out nicely.

Does it get any more American than this on the 4th of July??
